I knew that I wasn’t crazy! The other day, I was driving home with the windows down and thought for sure that I smelled corn—I don’t know other than my allergies hate it and every year I can bet on at least one cold sore! BUT its soooo early that I thought I was just smelling things 😉
We noticed the same thing on our ride last night…that alot of corn had tasseled. I don’t remember ever seeing that either.
Now that’s just showin’ off… We can’t put corn in until mid/late May because of frosts so it’s doing fine just a bit slower. Obviously a shorter growing season!
Saw a field of corn whilst traveling with Wookie where the farmer’s field of presumably planted on time (not late whilst waiting for beds to be built/filled) and fertilized etc. wasn’t that far ahead of mine.
Wow!
