Wholecloth, my hand-dyed fabric, my design, freehand quilting, … is there more to say?
For a sweet great-nephew who has been waiting awhile for his quilt.
100% cotton top, 100% Hobbs cotton batting, 100% cotton flannel on the back. So warm & cuddly as I hand-sewed the binding down in the evenings.
And he seems to like it! 🙂
and sew on... 
The quilt looks wonderful, but the most precious thing is your great-nephew sleeping with his quilt. I looked at the doll quilts too. I love it when people tell why they like one batting over another. It seems more people are using the wool to show the quilting. You’re very smart to be making little quilts for samples, but useful as gifts later.
Oh the quilt is beautiful, I like the plaid comfy snuggle side. The photo of it wrapped around him sleeping is precious. So much love just there.
